Ability Engineering Technology (AET) is a full-service industrial manufacturer specializing in cryogenic equipment fabrication, precision metal fabrication, and custom electrical controls — serving R&D institutions and industrial clients nationwide for over 30 years.
Cryogenic Equipment Fabrication
AET designs and builds custom cryogenic systems, including dewars, cold boxes, subcoolers, heat exchangers, and MLI-insulated piping assemblies for liquid helium, liquid nitrogen, LNG, and liquid argon applications.
Metal Fabrication & Machining
Our Chicago-area fabrication shop produces precision weldments, pressure vessels, machined components, and custom assemblies in stainless steel (304, 316, 410, 440), aluminum, and specialty alloys — built to ASME standards.
Engineering & Design
